Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu known for its contribution to technical education and industrial development in Southern India has now yet another but unique engineering institution in the name of Easa College of Engineering and Technology(ECET),located at Navakkarai on the Coimbatore-Palakkad Highway(NH-47).

          The College is situated in a vast land almost abutting NH-47,the site selected by the management judiciously for an ideal institutional setting,surrounded by lush green coconut grooves and mountains,at an altitude of 411 mts.above the M.S.L.,with moderate weather round the year and mild short summer. The College nurtures and preserves its natural environment,maintain its air,water and land.

        The College was established by Easa Foundations, Coimbatore, a public charitable and educational trust,under the Chairmanship of its Managing Trustee, Thiru.T.D.Eswaramoorthy, drawing liberally from the experience of many successful institutions in the country and abroad. The College is a Sourastrian minority institution with the approval of AICTE New Delhi(Gol) and affiliation of Anna University,Coimbatore.

          The Object of the foundations is to impart high quality instruction and training and foster research in the fields of science,enginnering,technology and management by establishing educational institutions with futuristic and global outlook.
