EASA College of Engineering and Technology is established in 2008 under the aegis of the Trust Easa Foundations Mr. T.D. Eswaramoorthy is the Founder Chairman of the college.

He is a well-known personality all over India as an educational consultant for starting new Engineering colleges in this country.  He is providing consultancy services for about 150 reputed Engineering colleges spread all over India.  On 18-03-09 he met the Honourable President of India Smt. Pratibha patil at Rastrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi on courtesy and paid his respect.

He has started this college with a mission to impart high quality competency based education in Engineering and Technology to the younger generation with the required skills and abilities to face the Challenging needs of the industry around the Globe.

This college is Self – financing, Co-educational Engineering institution approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University Coimbatore.  It is situated in the NH – 47, Palakkad Main Road, Navakkarai Post, Coimbatore – 641 105 which is 20 km away from Coimbatore city and 30 km away from Palakkad, Kerala.

At present the college is offering UG programmes in B.E. – Mechnical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and B.Tech in Information Technology and PG Programme in MBA.

The salient features of the college is state of the art Infrastructure, highly qualified, well experienced, competent Teaching Faculty, well equipped library, Laboratories and workshops, Smart class rooms and use of Technology for effective Teaching / Learning.  Separate hostels for boys and girls.  College buses from major parts of Coimbatore and Palakkad.  At present many students, girls and boys from Kerala are studying in the First year B.E. / B.Tech.
